This past Sunday Steve Cosslett, a missionary from Mexico, spoke to the students about knowing if you have a "calling" to be a missionary. He really emphasized that we are all called to spread the Gospel according to the great commission.
Matthew 28:19-20 NIV
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Many students have the tendency to say "When I am older I want to do mission work," but in reality none of us should be waiting; but rather, we should be living a life of sharing the Gospel daily through our lifestyle and our words.
Students and Parents, Encourage one another to take a chance each day to show people the hope the we have in Jesus.
